What are the payment options?

I currently accept payments using my website suppliers own checkout facility or PayPal. Both are fully secure so there's no need to worry where your money is going.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! I can accept returns on items if you change your mind as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to me in original condition and packaging within 21 days. There are some exceptions, such as custom and personalised items. Do you handle custom orders?

Yes! If you can't find quite what you're looking for please do contact me to discuss a custom order. For custom orders I will ask some questions and go away for an initial draft or mock up. This will be sent to you for approval before I begin to make your item. Custom orders will take a little longer than my usual dispatch times because of this extra design element.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact me as soon as you can if you have an item damaged in transit. I'll ask for photos to send onto the delivery carrier to claim compensation. I may ask you to return the item at expense to myself. You have the choice to have another item sent to you or a refund. I can send another item out within my usual dispatch time or if you'd like a refund I will refund in line with my usual Returns Policy.

Is it secure to buy from Stacey's Crafty Stuff?

Yes!! I am a small home based business but I strive to give high quality products and service. Payment is protected however you choose to pay and I have many 5 star reviews in my Etsy and on my Facebook page showing very happy customers.
