Policies

Shipping Policy

All orders are offered with free delivery. Orders will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. There are 1st Class and 48HR Tracked upgrades available for an extra charge. 

During the pandemic Royal Mail is under unusual stress and constrictions. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive before contacting me. I recommend waiting 7 working days for my standard delivery.

Missing Item Policy

If your order doesn't arrive or has parts missing, please get in contact with me after 7 working days. If the order doesn't arrive I will make a claim with Royal Mail. In either case I can either refund you or resend the order/missing items within my usual dispatch times.

Refunds Policy

I accept returns on all items EXCEPT PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM ORDERS. All other items can be refunded no questions asked as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned to me using the return address on the postage label, in original condition and packaging, within 21 days of delivery. Return delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. If there is any loss of value in the item due to damage or use, the buyer is responsible for this and it will affect the amount to be refunded. Once the item has arrived with me and been checked for condition I will refund within 24 hours.

Personalised and Custom Policy

Items that are personalised or custom made are excluded from my refunds policy. I do not except returns on these items, as being a personalised nature I am usually unable to resell. I will use my discretion for extreme circumstances. If your personalised or custom order is damaged please see my Faulty Item Policy.

Faulty Item Policy

This policy covers damage during delivery and faults with the item itself that I have overlooked. If you receive a damaged or faulty item please get in contact with me as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery. You will need to detail and send photos of the fault or damage. If the fault lies with the postal service I will claim compensation from them, if the fault lies with me I will take responsibility. 

In either case you will have two options, I can refund you the full price of the item or I can resend a replacement within my usual dispatch times.

I may ask for the item to be returned to me, if this is the case I will accept the postage costs.

Dispatch Times

My blanket dispatch times are set at 3-5 working days. This is separate from delivery estimates, meaning the total time you can expect to receive you order with standard delivery is between 5-12 working days. The majority of the time your item will arrive well within or even before this estimate but I cannot guarantee this. I have delivery upgrades to speed up your delivery but if you really need an item by a certain date, please get in contact with me before ordering and I will give you an honest completion and dispatch date before you decide to buy from me. I will always try to be as quick as possible.
